Who We Are
A Firearms Community, Built in Utah
Blackout Media brings shooters, instructors, and firearms businesses together. We film training, share what we learn, and meet up on the range.
It starts small: get better yourself, help your family get ready, then lift the people around you.
How It Started
Started Behind the Camera
Blackout Media was founded by Ben Barlow, a Utah filmmaker. He started filming for local instructors who were doing serious work that few people ever saw.
Those shoots became CQB courses with NTAC, TECC and rope rescue with Iron Rescue, and competitions at The Art Room. Ben still runs Blackout and is on every shoot.
